Returns
Returns are accepted according to Laws of Lithuania. Goods must be returned within 10 days from received (or delivery date), if packages were not opened, goods used or damaged.
Please write to us letter: info@1-7.lt or call us at +370 613 23136 and inform us about returns. Pack properly items so that it could not be damaged when transporting, usually you can use the package that goods were delivered.

Once we get the items we promise to make a refund withing 3 working days to your bank account.
Important notice: If return caused by our mistake all return expenses we will cover. If return was caused by your mistake, expenses must be covered by buyer. In case goods that is being returned will be found opened, used or damaged manufacturer’s packaging, we will not be liable to exchange goods or return money.
